• Patients with insurance or Medicare can use insurance for any service or product that we prescribe, order or refer. 

• Patients pay a monthly membership fee of $99 or $125 per month.

• Family rate for entire households is $199 per month.

• No additional charges for Primary Care visits.

• In house labs are at a low negotiated price.

• Appointments are not rushed.

• Same day or next day appointments are usually available.

• Responsive medical care during office hours and after hours.
